会员大学毕业奖励金申请

备注：

1. 申请人必须是雪兰莪暨吉隆坡茶阳（大埔）会馆/回春馆的会员。
2. 已申请成为会员者，其会员籍一旦通过会议批准即可提出申请。
3. 完成的学位/学府须获得马来西亚学术资格鉴定机构（Malaysian Qualifications Agency, MQA）的认证。
4. 毕业生须于两年（24个月）内提出申请（以毕业证书上的日期为准），逾期恕不受理。
5. 本慈教委员会保留审批之权利，申请者不得有任何异议。

Important:

1. Applicant must be a member of the Char Yong and/or Chha Yong Fay Choon Kuan Association.
2. All members whose are eligible to apply for the University Graduation Award.
3. The programme / educational institution must be accredited by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
4. Graduate is required to submit his/her application within two years (twenty-four months) based on the date of conferment of the degree stated in the graduation certificate. Late submission will be disqualified.
5. The Education & Charity Fund committee reserves the full rights towards any decision made regarding the award of a bounty.
